Shorter line wire spacing at the bottom of the net helps to prevent other animals from passing through, while the overall height of the completed fence can be enhanced with additional lines of barbed wire, helping to prevent downward pressure on the net from larger animals.
The hinged joint style of fence is an economical yet flexible option, ideal for fencing large grazing areas. If hogs are being fenced in, a line of barbed wire below the net is recommended.
Tornado Hinged Joint Field Fence is manufactured with high tensile wire which strains tighter than low carbon steel and so requires fewer intermediate posts, making it quicker to erect. It does not stretch with weathering, avoiding the need to annually re-tighten the fence.
