Twill Weave Mesh Description
Twill weave mesh is made by alternating two warp threads up and down each weft thread. The pattern is staggered on the following warp threads, providing a parallel diagonal appearance. Twill weave wire mesh allows the use of relatively heavier wire in certain meshes than is feasible in plain weave mesh. Such nets have a broad trend of supporting larger loads and finer filtering.
Twill Weave Wire Mesh is used for sieving and filtering under acid and alkali environmental conditions. It is used as a mud mesh in the petroleum industry, in the chemical and chemical fiber industry, as a sieve, filter, and electroplating.
Opening sizes range from 4 inches or less to 1 micron. Introducing a wide range of width variations, we have developed a range of weave styles.
