GENERAL GALVANIZING: BRUGAL® GALVAPAS®

Passivate products for galvanized parts. Specially designed to delay white rust appearance using the current means in shop galvanizing plants.

Characteristics
- Aqueous products (Solvent Free)
- Inorganic passivations
- Hexavalent chromium (BRUGAL^® GALVAPAS^® 600), Trivalent chromium (BRUGAL^® GALVAPAS^® 300) and Cr free (BRUGAL^® GALVAPAS^® 000) versions are available.
- Air drying.
- Applicable by dipping into the first or second cooling bath just after zinc tank.

Pre-treatment prior to paint for galvanized parts. Specially designed to obtain a Top Quality of Duplex System.

- Non Rinse Process
- Water based product (Solvent Free)
- Free of Volatil Organic Compounds (VOC)
- Hexavalent chromium (BRUGAL^® GALVATREAT^® 600), Trivalent chromium (BRUGAL^® GALVATREAT^® 300) and Cr free (BRUGAL^® GALVATREAT^® 000) versions are available.
- Applied by Dip, Gun Spray or Flow Coating.

- Free of Volatil Organic Compounds
- Environmental friendly product (Cr free)
- Air drying.
- Applicable by air mixed gun.

  - Keeps galvanized surface bright and shiny for extended period.
  - Savings in customer claims.

- Coloured and translucent finish. Available in different colours and different shades.

- The colourless version allows to passivate elements when:
  - No cooling tank is available, or
  - Different thickness profiles have to be treated. These kind of elements cannot be passivated by dipping a cause of thermal tensions which produce an important deformation.
- Good paintability. It allows to be painted over it.
- Easy to apply by conventional spray gun.
  Cheaper first investment than passivate solution by dip. Small amount of product is required.
